New Zealand Orders
We’ll exchange any product that isn’t 100% satisfactory within 90 days of delivery – no questions asked!
Yep, if the gift turns out to be “not really me” you have three months to return the item in its original condition and packaging. Once returned, you can decide whether you would like to exchange it or receive a refund for the item’s value. The choice is entirely up to you.
Please note: Unless the item is faulty, you will need to cover the cost of returning the gift to us.

Corporate & Bulk Orders
Please note that for large orders where a special order has to be placed with our suppliers to get the stock, payment will be required in advance and our standard 90 day returns policy for change of mind will not apply. These orders will still be covered by Not Socks 90 day gift guarantee if items are faulty.
International Orders
For our overseas customers, we understand that sending an item back can take a bit longer. Therefore, we offer all international orders a 120 day gift guarantee to ensure that you have plenty of time to send back any items that you’re not entirely happy with.
