The advantage of pre-ordering at Not Socks is your ability to reserve products before they arrive at our warehouse.
Our pre-orders work just the same as regular orders, except we will dispatch your order as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse.
We only ever put an item on pre-order when delivery is guaranteed. That's why the vast majority of our pre-orders have a delivery date of only 1 to 2 weeks.
If you're paying by credit card your card will be charged when you place your order. Alternatively, if you’re paying by bank transfer, it is best to make your payment as soon as possible, as orders will be prioritised by the date payment was made.
Please note: If you purchase other items in the same order as a pre-order item, your whole order will be held and shipped once the pre-order item has arrived. If you need your other items before the pre-order delivery date, please place this as a separate order.
Note pre-orders are also covered by our 90 day returns policy. So you have three months from the day of delivery to return the item in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund - no questions asked.
