Now that New Zealand has moved into Alert Level 2, we want to update you on our operations.

Health & Safety Precautions

Most importantly, Not Socks still has in place good health procedures to ensure the safety of our team, customers and couriers while delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with no contact.

Order Dispatch

Good news, our health and safety precautions are not impacting dispatch timeframes. So all orders placed up to 1pm weekdays are back to being dispatched same day.

Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery service partner, Courier Post, is advising customers to allow for an extra 2 to 5 weekdays for delivery after dispatch due to the high volume of parcels. Tracking updates are also taking longer than usual to update, including the initial scan into the courier system. Courier Post are working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so are expecting to clear the backlog very soon.

Currently our NZ Urgent and International delivery services are not available. We’ll let you know as soon as this changes. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is back! There is a notice on our front door with basic instructions on arrival. Please note, our warehouse hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
