Credit Card Payment
Credit card and debit card payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI compliant payment provider. Payment is taken when you submit your order.
Not Socks, as well as any third-party service providers involved at any step of the checkout process are all PCI compliant to ensure the safety of your personal details and credit card information.

Internet Bank Transfer
If you choose Internet Banking as your payment method, we will send you an email with our account details so you can log in to your bank account and make the payment. Please note, payments made by bank transfer can take 2-3 days to be processed by the bank, so may delay your order.
We require payment for your order within 5 days of purchase, otherwise your order will be cancelled. If we cancel the order we will let you know via the email address you used to purchase.

Afterpay
With Afterpay, you can pay for your gift over time, but send and receive them straight away.
The payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments every 14 days, but you will receive your order immediately!
You simply need:
- A debit card or credit card (Note – any purchase over $800 requires a credit card)
- To be over 18 years of age
- To live in New Zealand
How to Use Afterpay
- Spend up to $1000 on the Not Socks website
- Add your items to the shopping cart
- Select Afterpay as your payment method
- Checkout as normal
- Enter your details with Afterpay
- Your order will be shipped immediately....and you are done!
If you are not happy with the goods, and wish to return them, you have 14 days to do so. The Afterpay plan will be cancelled if goods are returned within 14 days of order.
