Description
This Love Heart Heat Pack in a knitted cover is perfect to relax and soothe. Apply to sore muscles, or hug for instant warmth.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the heart shaped Heat Pack from the knitted cover and locate the disc inside.
2. Flex the disc and the gel will heat up and crystalise.
3. Place the Heat Pack back inside the cover and it will generate heat for up to 30 minutes.
TO RE-USE
1. Remove the heart shaped Heat Pack from the knitted cover.
2. Place the crystalised Heat Pack in boiling water and boil for 5-10 minutes until the crystals have completely dissolved.
3. Once it has fully cooled down, flex the disc, place the heat pack back inside the cover and re-use it again and again!
