The Joseph Joseph Index Chopping Board is a simple yet effective colour coded board system designed to reduce cross-contamination of foods.

The index-style tabs are stored in a non-slip, metal-effect case, and are all clearly marked so that you can easily see which board to use for each specific food group.

Each board features specialised cutting features, including a juice-catching groove on the red meat board, a sloping rim for catching liquids on the green vegetable board, an integrated fish-grip on the blue seafood board and crumb-catching grooves on the white cooked food board.
